DECLARATION OF SHADOW RIGHTS
Preamble
Whereas the recognition of shadow rights in the reality of the world is an inevitable demand of equal standing and justice;

Whereas the long-standing invisibility of shadows within the field of jurisprudence has revealed the distinction between justice and law;
●
Whereas shadows must be defended by the power of law, so that universal respect for them may be fostered and shadow rights observed.
This Declaration of Shadow Rights was proclaimed through silent reading and common assent with eyes closed.

Article 1
All shadows are equal and free in their origin and rights. They are endowed with cause and light; therefore, their nature must be observed.
Article 2
Every shadow has the right to enjoy all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration regardless of differences in form, size, or color.
Article 3
Every shadow has the right to its own state of being, freedom, and inviolability.
Article 4
Shadows shall not be exploited or subjected to treatment degrading to their dignity.
Article 5
No shadow shall be enslaved. All forms of slavery and trafficking in shadows are prohibited.
Article 6
No shadow shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with its inherent sovereignty or to attacks upon its honor and reputation.
Article 7
All shadows have the right to change freely and to be protected from discrimination.
Article 8
Every shadow has the right to be recognized as a subject of legal relations.
Article 9
Every shadow has the right to seek protection of its violated fundamental rights and freedoms before competent courts.
Article 10
A shadow against whom an accusation has been brought has the right to a fair and impartial hearing.
Article 11
A shadow shall be presumed innocent until its guilt is proven in court.
Article 12
A shadow shall not be convicted for any act or omission which is not regarded as a crime in shadow jurisprudence.
Article 13
A shadow shall not be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned.
Article 14
A shadow has the right to move freely, to choose a place for itself, to leave it, including its place of origin, and to return to it.
Article 15
Every shadow experiencing persecution has the right to seek asylum and to enjoy it.
Article 16
Every shadow, alone or together with others, has the right to its own place. This place shall not be arbitrarily taken away.
Article 17
Every shadow has the right to its object of origin.
Shadows have the right to exchange objects of origin without hindrance.
A shadow’s object of origin shall not be arbitrarily taken away.
Article 18
Every shadow has the right to freedom of falling. This right includes the freedom to choose the direction of falling without hindrance and to defend that freedom by all legal means.
Article 19
Shadows have the right to form unions. In forming unions, being together, and separating, they have equal rights.
A union of shadows is formed by free will and the complete agreement of its members.
A union is a natural and fundamental form of shadow association and therefore has the right to be universally protected.
Article 20
Shadows and their unions have the right to unite freely into communities.
Shadows may under no circumstances be united into communities arbitrarily.
Article 21
Every shadow has the right to participate, directly or through its representatives, in the governance of the shadow community.
The will of the shadows is the foundation of community authority. This will is expressed by free voting through lawful elections.
Article 22
Every member of a shadow community has the right to the protection of its identity. Through the efforts of the community’s representatives, the conditions necessary for the free development of the shadow must be created and maintained.
Article 23
All shadows have the right to work and to the free choice of work.
A working shadow has the right to receive remuneration ensuring its dignity.
Shadows have the right to establish professional associations and to defend their interests.
Article 24
Every shadow has the right to rest and leisure, as well as to the reasonable limitation of its working time and to periodic holidays.
Article 25
Every shadow has the right to self-development. Primary education and deeper studies must be equally accessible to all shadows according to the enthusiasm of each.
The purpose of learning is to cultivate the shadow self in all its fullness.
Article 26
Every shadow has the right to participate freely in cultural life, to delight in perfection, and to share in progress and the benefits it provides.
Article 27
Shadows have the right to legal protection of their interests arising from scientific and artistic works in which they are present.
Article 28
Every shadow has the right to such an environment in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.
Article 29
Every shadow, in the exercise of its rights and freedoms, may be subject only to such limitations as are necessary to recognize the rights of other legal subjects and to ensure respect for them.
Article 30
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as granting any right to act against shadow rights or universal harmony.
